To get you the answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding your products and the ASAP Network, we have provided this section with FAQS that you can use to learn more about the Network.
Q) How do I include my parts in the ASAP Network
A) Getting started with ASAP requires an eveluation of your current methods of data distribution as well as your current product data fields.
Q) Where will my data be stored?
A) All your data will be stored on our secure servers. You do not have to worry about "the cloud" hackers.
Q) How will I update my data?
A) You will provide the ASAP team with your updates and edits, our job is to keep your data structured. Once we have completed the update, the changes will be loaded to the ASAP Network site.
Q) How will I approve the requests for my data?
A) Your application request is created with your membership on the ASAP Network. An email alert is sent out when a request is created and you have to just click a button to approve the release of data.
Q) How quickly will new parts and updates show up?
A) Your updates will index overnight. If you have a product that you need to have up for immediate data dispursle, just give a call or email and we will push the changes right then.
Q) How do I get new banners and videos loaded to my ASAP Page?
A) When you have a new banner or video to release to your dealers / distributors you will simply upload the banner to your portol or add the YouTube share link and the new media will be available for uploading by the dealers.
Q) How do my dealers and distributors get notified about changes to my line?
A) Each time you have a change to your product line or media, an email is sent out to any member that has requested your data, and is still in good standing with your company.
Q) How do I cancel my membership?
A) Removing your line from the site will require a written request as well as a follow up call to verify cancelation.
Q) What happens to my data if I no longer participate in the Network?
A) Your data belongs to you. If you cancel your membership your data will no longer show up under the categories or brand availability pages. A final export of your parts and images will be delivered to you and removed from the site.
Q) How do my dealers get access to my product line?
A) Dealers that are members of the ASAP Network can get your entire line with just a click of a button. This membership is free for dealers
